With over thirty years of hospitality experience and five years of experience specific to media and public relations, I have honed a meaningful and comprehensive approach to boost your business profile with influential communications. I have worked in hospitality for over 30 years, and it’s an industry that is near and dear to my heart. Encompassing many areas—catering, restaurants, lodging (luxury inns to fishing resorts), event planning, ecotourism, etc.—I have managed, consulted and developed successful operations and systems in an array of applications. My experience also includes: small business accounting, marketing, recruitment, service training, restaurant and kitchen design.
